The factory was founded in 1996, located in Zhengjia Town industrial zone，the famous production and development base of the bearing cage in China, ShandongProvince Liaocheng City-- the beautiful Jiangbei Shuicheng. The factory covers an area of 33300 square meters, with a construction area of 180,00 square meters. There are more than 100 employees, including 10 technical engineers, 9 quality inspectors and more than 300 sets of main equipment. The company passed IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification in 2014.

The factory specializes in the production of metal solid bearing cages. Material mainly includes: copper-based alloy, aluminum-based alloy, steel and stainless steel material of all kinds of solid cages; category mainly includes: self-aligning roller bearing cage, short cylindrical bearing cage, angular contact bearing cage, plane thrust bearing cage, etc. Among them, copper machined parts include axle sleeves、special copper sleeves for ships、 propeller components and so on. It is one of the national export base enterprises of bearing machinery products.

The factory has a casting capacity of over 5000 tons per year for copper-based alloys. The maximum diameter of centrifugal casting is 2000mm or 2 tons. Machining range is 20mm-1300mm in diameter. The lathe, boring and milling in machine shop are all numerically controlled. It has five-axis processing capability. The annual output of solid cages is 600 tons or 1.5 million sets.

The factory's testing center is equipped with direct reading spectrometer, tensile testing machine, automatic Brinell hardness tester, high resolution metallographic microscope, film and television measuring instrument, profilometer, three coordinates and other major testing equipment.
